Leading two cross-functional Scrum teams of 20+ specialists - including data engineers, analytics engineers, business analysts, QA engineers and Scrum Masters - responsible for analytics products used by 1,000+ colleagues and senior leaders during SAP S/4HANA, o9 and Databricks transformations.
Led integrated program delivery and portfolio governance across a 30+ person product area spanning GenAI assistants, pharmacy integrations, virtual care and digital therapeutics - aligning Product, Data Science, Engineering, Medical, Compliance and global markets.
Led AI products for patient triage and outcome prediction (A1C and weight loss). Aligned Data Science, Engineering, Medical, Compliance, Commercial, health-tech partners and public healthcare systems around clinical value, data governance, validation and ecosystem integration.
Led a Scrum team of iOS developers and QA engineers to automate laboratory sample collection across production sites - improving accuracy and eliminating deviations through validated workflows, automated testing and GxP-compliant documentation.
Led a SAFe team of data scientists, ML engineers and business analysts delivering AI recommendation, audience-segmentation and churn-prediction products across web, CRM/email and paid media, while establishing the Azure-based cloud foundation with Airflow/DAG pipelines, Salesforce CDP integration and reusable components required to scale personalisation globally.
Led product strategy and delivery across checkout, credit decisioning and consumer web journeys through two cross-functional squads of front-end and back-end developers, QA engineers and a DevOps engineer. Launched in Spain and the USA, integrated identity, payment and open-banking providers, and supported the transition from a monolith to microservices.
Advised BEC on AI and cloud adoption, led an IoT predictive-maintenance analytics initiative for Maersk Drilling, and built Power BI dashboards for Total - combining business analysis, product leadership and hands-on analytics delivery.
